Now that US-friendly India has been attacked by Pakistani militants/extremists, what will the Bush Administration do?  They’ve never been afraid of dropping bombs, and indeed dropped bombs in Pakistan last month.  The question is whether they will do it with or without Barack Obama’s blessing.  Obama spoke openly during his campaign about going into Pakistan with force if the need were to arise, and obviously the events in Mumbai can be considered so as the US media slanted the story to give the appearance that the attackers were focused on taking American lives (who cares about all the Indians?).  If Bush drops the first bomb, then Obama can claim no responsibility, and act as if he was forced into the situation if things were to go awry as they most likely will.
